We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within one week (7) days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your receipt) for defect items that have made wrongly by us.
Please take note that we will not accept anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached.
MALAYSIA HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
If your STONED & CO. order has been delivered wrongly / any defects on the items, you are entitle for a correct order free of charge, by returning us the defect order. All of the delivery charges will be bear by STONED & CO. within Malaysia. Refund of cash or payment is not available unless there is a website error (i.e. wrong pricing showed on the website) refund of cash or payment to your original payment method (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal)
If your STONED & CO. order has been delivered wrongly / any defects on the items, here are some of the alternatives for you to reach us regarding this issue:
STEP 1. Bring your defected STONED & CO. to the nearest post office and fill in this address in the consignment note:
A-11, Jalan SS15/4D, SS15, Subang Jaya, 47500 Selangor, Malaysia
STEP 2. Take a CLEAR photo of the receipt received from the post office and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org together with your Order ID, Defect Details, and Bank Account Number (preferably Maybank). The postage fees will be banked in to you on the Friday of that week.
STEP 3. We will take at least 3-5 working days to prepare and send your new STONED & CO. order. In the mean time, please do patiently wait for your order to arrive.
You must return defect items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund of the postage in the original form of payment and the correct order will be processed and reached you within approximately 7 to 10 working days after we receive your return. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

- Print your return form and place it with the defect order inside the package.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS PURCHASED DURING SALES ?
Unfortunately we don't accept items purchased during sales. All final sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
The correct orders and refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 working days after we have received and approved your return request.
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Refund will be processed within 7 working days once your package is received. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when the transaction is executed (Bank Transfer).
However, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and notify this transaction to your account as soon as they receive information from us.
